Return Policy – Crooks Apparel Retail Clothing LLP

We want you to love your purchase, but certain items have limited return options due to customization and production methods. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

- Standard items can be returned within 10 days of purchase if they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

- Print-on-demand and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Sale items and final clearance items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at crooksapparelllp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size or color within 30 days, but print-on-demand items cannot be exchanged. Contact us at crooksapparelllp@gmail.com for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return

- Submit a return request via our website or email us at crooksapparelllp@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.

- Ship your item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.

- Receive your refund (if applicable) within 5-7 business days after inspection, issued to your original payment method.

RESTOCKING FEE:

A fee of 35% and loss of Shipping/Handling costs will be applied to all items returned as 'Invalid/Incomplete or Undeliverable' due to wrong address or other circumstances not the fault of CROOKS APPAREL RETAIL CLOTHING, LLP. All returned items and/or packages will require repayment of Shipping/Handling fees in order to be reshipped. Too, returned items not returned in their original form and packaging (unopened/undamaged) will result in the loss of the entire purchase price, including Shipping/Handling, if they cannot be restocked for resale.
